Course Information

Have you ever wondered what it's like to breathe underwater? There is nothing like being underwater for the very first time. It takes a little getting used to - after all, human beings weren’t designed to do that - but after a few minutes of awestruck wonder, most participants realize how easy SCUBA diving really is. The biggest challenge instructors have is not coaxing people into the water, but coaxing them out when the session is over.
Discover Scuba Diving will let you try Scuba in the safe confines of our heated onsite swimming pool before you take the plunge and sign up for the full PADI Open Water Diver Course.
During your session you will learn the basic skills required to dive while under the direct supervision of our experienced PADI Professionals. Your session will include:

• Learn what wearing SCUBA equipment feels like and how easy it is to move around underwater while wearing it.
• Find out how easy it is to breath underwater
• Learn some basic skills and safety rules that will carry over to your PADI Open Water Diver course when you take the next step

The Discover Scuba Diving Experience is open to anyone 10 years or older. For Kids aged 8 and 9 we have the PADI Bubblemaker program or the PADI Seal Team program designed to get the kids in the water in a safe pool environment and build their confidence in the water until they turn 10 and can sign up for the PADI Junior Open Water Course.
